Lorraine Langridge – Trainer

Lorraine is an experienced integrative counsellor working with adults, teenagers, children, and couples. Alongside a thriving private practice, she has worked for foster agencies, charities and was involved in a local authority project supporting vulnerable teenagers.
She has worked in schools as both a child and parent counsellor having an interest in supporting families in times of adversity.

Lorraine is a qualified tutor and trainer and provides a variety of training in settings such as adult education, voluntary sector organisations, and charities. She also mentors counselling students in training and supervises at MIND.

She believes training should be supportive, educative, challenging and fun and have a positive effect on learners’ self-esteem and knowledge.
